Hairstylist

I'm going to skip the corporate job posting language and just tell you what's up.


TouchUps is a luxury salon in Chandler near the 101 and Warner. We've been here 8 years, won Best of the Best, and have a team of stylists who genuinely enjoy coming to work. We're looking to bring on the right person to fill some chairs because most of the team is booked a month out and we have no room for our new clients.


What I'm Looking For



2-5 years behind the chair.Solid foundation in cuts, color, and styling. You know what you're doing.
Arizona cosmetology license.
Existing clientele is a plus, but not required.We get walk-ins and we actively advertise so we'll support you in building your book if you're starting fresh here.

Beyond the technical stuff, I care about who you are as a person. I'm looking for someone who:



Does the right thing even when no one's watching.Integrity matters here.
Treats people well— clients, coworkers, everyone. We serve others for a living, and that mindset should come naturally.
Keeps their word.If you say you'll be there, be there.
Wants to be part of something bigger than themselves.We build each other up here. No lone wolves, no drama.

What You're Getting



$2,000 sign-on bonus— paid out over your first 6 months ($500 at hire, $500 at 90 days, $1,000 at 6 months)
