Job Type: Part-Time

Responsibilities: As the Lead Master Esthetician at Serenity Spa, you will be entrusted with the mission of combining relaxation and transformative results. Your responsibilities will include:
• Performing rejuvenating facials, precision waxing, and other skincare treatments with a focus on delivering visible and lasting results.
• Tailoring skincare consultations to individual client needs, emphasizing a personalized and relaxing experience.
• Creating an inviting and clean treatment room to uphold our commitment to professionalism and serenity.
• Guiding clients on effective at-home skincare routines to enhance and prolong the benefits of their treatments.
• Upholding the spa's standards of exceptional customer service and client satisfaction.
• Assisting the Spa Manager with inventory counts and ordering
• Training new team members
• Attending quarterly Leadership Meetings
• Attending and helping to host vendor trainings and share information with other estheticians

Requirements: To excel in this role, you should possess:
• A valid Master Esthetician license in the state of Washington.
• Demonstrated experience as an Esthetician with a strong portfolio showcasing a harmonious balance between relaxation and results.
• Outstanding communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively.
• Flexibility to work weekends, with the potential for the role to evolve into a full-time position.

Required Schedule: All applicants must be fully available for the following schedule:

Sunday: OFF

Monday: 11:30a-7:30p

Tuesdays: 11:30a-7:30p

Wednesdays: OFF

Thursdays: 11:30a-7:30p

Fridays: off

Saturdays: off
