The Role
Who We Are
Novuskin is a modern med spa built on a membership-first model where beauty meets science and results. We specialize in advanced aesthetic services including skincare, body contouring, injectables, and laser treatments. Our philosophy is that transformation happens over time, not in a single session, which is why we focus on memberships that deliver long-term results and lasting relationships with our clients. At Novuskin, every team member plays a role in delivering consistency, trust, and an elevated client experience.
Why This Role Matters
The Diagnostic Manager is often the client’s first step in their transformation journey. By using advanced skin analysis technology, you will help clients understand their skin on a deeper level and set the foundation for their personalized treatment plan. This role is critical to delivering the “wow” moment that builds confidence, establishes trust, and supports the sales and treatment process.
What You Will Do
Prepare and operate diagnostic equipment for advanced skin analysis.
Capture and interpret imaging results, then educate clients on their findings.
Collaborate with Skin Consultants to recommend the right treatments and home care regimen.
Maintain and care for specialized devices, ensuring safety and accuracy in every scan.
Engage with clients during sessions, creating a comfortable and professional experience.
Stay up to date on Novuskin services and retail products to support client recommendations.
Ensure compliance with sanitation, sterilization, and safety protocols at all times.
Equipment You’ll Work With
You will gain hands-on experience with some of the most advanced esthetic technologies available, including:
Microdermabrasion systems, LED therapy, Galvanic and Microcurrent devices, Facial steamers, Rotary brushes, Vacuum/spray units, Electrotherapy machines, and more.
What We Are Looking For
• A motivated and enthusiastic individual with strong attention to detail.
• Experience in esthetics or skin analysis is a plus, but not required. We provide training.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to educate and engage clients.
• Comfort with technology and a passion for beauty, skincare, and results-driven treatments.
• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
What You Will Gain
• Competitive pay with opportunities for advancement.
• Training on cutting-edge skin analysis equipment and protocols.
• Growth potential within a fast-expanding company.
• A fun, high-energy culture with supportive leadership and team collaboration.
This is more than a job. It’s a chance to be part of a company redefining how clients experience beauty and wellness.
