Job Description:We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Hair Stylist to join our team at The Color Bar Hair Salon in Tomball. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering a wide range of hair care services, including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments. You will have the opportunity to work with high-quality products and tools, including Bellami hair extensions and the latest in hair care technology. Your role will involve consulting with clients to understand their needs, providing expert advice, and ensuring they leave our salon feeling confident and satisfied.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform hair cutting, coloring, styling, and other salon services.
• Provide exceptional customer service by consulting with clients to understand their preferences and delivering results that exceed expectations.
• Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to all health and safety standards.
• Promote and sell salon products and services, including Bellami hair extensions.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
• Collaborate with the team to create a positive and supportive salon environment.

Qualifications:
• Valid Texas Cosmetology License.
• Proven experience as a Hair Stylist, with a strong portfolio of previous work.
• Excellent knowledge of hair care products, techniques, and trends.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to ongoing learning and improvement.
• Experience with Bellami hair extensions is a plus.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
