Hair Stylist / Cosmetologist – High Traffic, Growth & Team Culture

Responsibilities
• Provide exceptional hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments based on client needs
• Consult with clients to recommend styles, color, and services that enhance their look and confidence
• Perform specialized services such as extensions, blowouts, and event styling
• Apply makeup for special occasions when needed
• Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming work environment
• Follow all sanitation and hygiene regulations
• Assist with front desk duties including booking appointments and client communication
• Use salon software (MINDBODY or similar) to manage scheduling
• Support and mentor junior stylists to promote team growth
• Contribute to a positive, team-focused work culture
Qualifications
• Valid cosmetology license
• Strong skills in cutting, coloring, styling, and modern techniques
• Knowledge of color theory and current trends
• Experience with hair extensions preferred
• Makeup skills are a plus
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
• Passion for continued learning and growth
