Licensed Cosmetologist

Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and professional Licensed Cosmetologist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in beauty and wellness services, including hair care and skincare. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional spa focused guest services in a luxurious environment, utilizing your expertise to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty. The Licensed Cosmetologist will be responsible for delivering personalized scalp spa treatments, retail sales, and maintaining high standards of sanitation and safety.

Duties
• Perform Scalp Spa Services
• Provide expert advice on scalp and haircare routines, and product recommendations to enhance client results.
• Manage guest appointments efficiently
• aid front desk responsibilities including scheduling and guest check out.
• Conduct product demonstrations and upsell retail products to clients to support them and business growth.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations; ensure all equipment is properly sterilized and sanitized after each use.
• Utilize social media skills to promote services and engage with the community online as well as in person
• Coordinate client bookings, follow-up with clients, answer phone calls, messages and social media inquiries, post openings
• Maintain cleanliness around spa and organization of the spa to the highest standards
• Meet monthly service/client goals and sell products and packages/memberships
• Maintain a pre-booking and client retention rate of 70% or higher
• Ability to meet spa and personal goals and successfully help grow the business

Services to provide: Scalp Spa

Pay: Commission + Tips (<$30 per service)

Hours: Must be available a minimum of 15 hours a week (2-3 days)
• This position requires a signed contractor agreement. We are seeking a long-term team member committed to growth within Mood Skin & Body. Early termination of the agreement may result in a contractual fee as outlined in the contract.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
