We are seeking a talented and passionate Licensed Cosmetologist/Nail Technicians to join our team at the Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT). If you love helping people look and feel their best and enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you!

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
• Maintain a current and active Cosmetologist License or Nail Technician License allowing the performance of facials, manicures, pedicures, and foot massages
• Follow spa protocols for all treatments, including guides for intake forms and treatment room procedures.
• Create a calm and inviting atmosphere for guests to ensure a satisfactory experience.
• Adhere to all health and safety protocols, including personal hygiene and spa sanitation practices.
• Collaborate effectively with co-workers to create a cohesive and positive work environment.
• Stay current with industry trends and techniques through professional development and training.
• Be self-motivated, flexible, committed, and a team player.
• Enjoy working with a diverse clientele.
• Be punctual, reliable, and flexible with scheduling according to airport needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Paint fingernails and toenails
• Clean, cut and shape nails
• Recommend colors, rhinestones and designs based on each customer's style
• Remove previously applied polish
• Prepare and clean beauty station in-between appointments
• Sterilize equipment before use
• Inform clients about additional services and offers (loyalty discounts)
• Give hand and foot massages
• Proficiency in facials can be a valuable asset in delivering well-rounded beauty services
• Up-sell treatments and beauty products, when appropriate
