Licensed Cosmetologist

Shear Reflections is a family-owned salon proudly serving the Peoria community for over 14 years. We are seeking an experienced, motivated licensed stylist to join our space as an independent contractor.

This opportunity is ideal for a stylist who values flexibility, professionalism, and the ability to grow within an established salon environment.

Structure Options:
• Booth Rental: $225/week or $65/day (month-to-month)
• Commission-based independent contractor structure available
• Commission percentage based on experience and clientele
• Higher earning potential for stylists bringing an existing book
• 10% retail commission
• 24/7 access for renters
