Duties
• Provide expert hair styling, cutting, coloring, and finishing services tailored to each client's preferences and needs.
• Conduct product demonstrations and recommend retail products to enhance clients' beauty routines while upselling effectively.
• Manage guest interactions with outstanding customer service skills—listening carefully, communicating clearly, and ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.
• Maintain salon sanitation standards diligently—cleaning tools, sterilizing equipment, and adhering to health regulations.
• Assist with front desk responsibilities including greeting guests, booking appointments, handling payments, and providing information about services.
• Support retail sales efforts through product demos and personalized recommendations to maximize client satisfaction.

Experience
• Valid cosmetology license issued by the state or relevant licensing authority is required.
• Proven experience in hair styling, coloring techniques, latest hair cutting trends and family hair care.
• Experience with perms and beards.
• Skills to handle multiple clients simultaneously while maintaining high-quality service standards.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with diverse clients and team members effectively.
