Job Title: Licensed Esthetician – Port Charlotte

Job Type: Full-Time
Work Schedule: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday | 8–10 hours per day
Compensation: $19/hr + tips + retail commission

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Licensed Esthetician to join our Port Charlotte luxury medical spa. In this role, you will provide non-invasive skincare treatments such as facials, chemical peels, and laser services, creating a premium client experience. This position does not include injectables, which are performed by Nurse Practitioners or APRNs.

Qualifications
• Current Licensed Esthetician (state-specific license required)
• Passion for skincare, wellness, and client satisfaction
• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
• Previous aesthetic experience is preferred but not required

Responsibilities
• Perform non-invasive aesthetic services (facials, chemical peels, laser treatments, etc.)
• Educate clients on skincare and product recommendations
• Maintain accurate client records and service documentation
• Ensure a clean, safe, and professional spa environment
• Follow all hygiene, safety, and spa protocols
