A tailored and educational client approach, convenient and luxurious retail location, extended operating hours, accessible prices without add-on service fees, monthly membership options, and an easy-to-use online booking system help ensure Faced’s custom facials become part of its clients’ monthly skincare routine. Additionally, Faced offers a curated offering of skincare products to continue to enhance our client’s skincare routine at home.

Faced has 4 locations - Westside Provisions District, Morningside Village, Buckhead Village, and Avenue East Cobb.

Esthetician Position Overview:

Responsible for evaluating clients’ skincare needs and then providing on-brand, effective, educational, safe, customized and enjoyable facials, thereby generating repeat clients and brand advocates. Also responsible for providing product recommendations to their clients to help them develop an effective at-home skincare regimen between Faced visits.

Schedule 1:

Monday 10am-8pm

Tuesday Off

Wednesday Off

Thursday Off

Friday 10am-8pm

Saturday 9am-5pm

Sunday 9am-5pm

Schedule 2:

Monday Off

Tuesday Off

Wednesday 10am-8pm

Thursday 11am-9pm

Friday 10am-8pm

Saturday Off

Sunday 9am-5pm

Estheticians arrive 30 minutes prior to their shift start.

Reports To: Studio Director

Primary Duties:

Generate repeat clients and members

Provide safe, effective, customized, on-brand, timely facials

Share skincare knowledge with clients and help educate them on their specific skincare type and best practices

Create a relaxing, luxurious and tailored customer experience

Meet the highest sanitation standards

Pursue ongoing education and stay on top of new industry findings

Document work

Follow-up with clients

Maintain professionalism at all times

Job Qualifications:

1+ years of experience offering facials. More experience is a pro.

Work experience with advanced facial massage techniques, light chemical peels, clean products, and electrical tools such as Hydrafacial, microdermabrasion, LED, high frequency, skin scrubber etc. preferred

Deep- and growing- knowledge of skincare and clean beauty with the ability to communicate the basic science of skin and principles of skincare to clients

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to commute to studio

License Requirements:

Valid Georgia State Board of Cosmetology Esthetician License
