The Role
Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and polished Esthetician & Nail Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in both skincare and nail care, a refined sense of customer service, and a passion for luxury wellness. This role requires precision, artistry, and the ability to create a serene, five-star experience for our clientele.
Responsibilities
• Perform luxury facials, advanced skincare treatments, and body therapies tailored to each guest’s needs
• Provide expert nail services, including manicures, pedicures, and specialty nail treatments, with impeccable attention to detail
• Conduct skin analyses and recommend premium treatments and skincare regimens
• Maintain pristine treatment rooms and nail stations in alignment with the spa’s luxury standards
• Educate clients on homecare, premium product offerings, and long-term wellness routines
• Stay informed on the latest high-end skincare techniques, nail artistry, and spa innovations
• Build lasting client relationships, ensuring each guest feels valued, pampered, and indulged
• Assist with retail sales by recommending products that complement the services provided.
Requirements
• Valid certification as required by provincial regulations.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs.
• Ability to demonstrate sanitation practices in all procedures performed.
• Experience in retail sales and upselling techniques is a plus.
