Esthetician Position

Are you an Esthetician passionate about helping people feel confident in their own skin? Hand & Stone Greensboro is expanding our team of Licensed Estheticians to better serve our members and valued guests. We believe that skincare is more than just a treatment, it's the change to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients! With innovative services, customized long-term treatment plans, and a focus on building relationships, our Estheticians are educated and empowered to make a client's facial appointment the best hour of their month!

Our Esthetics program is built on a foundation of high quality, results-driven treatment options, with a service menu that includes the latest advances in skincare. Through client education, repeated routine visits, and post-treatment homecare recommendations, our Estheticians help clients discover the difference between "getting a facial" and "having a skincare ritual."

As an Esthetician, you will:
• Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working
• Carry Esthetics liability insurance
• Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations
• Provide world class client experience to our guests and valued members by performing top-level services
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including homecare regimens, based on the client's individual skincare goals
• Create an excellent experience through your friendly and helpful attitude
• Effectively communicate with clients, spa management, and staff
• Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership
• Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
