Responsibilities
• Perform a wide range of esthetic services including facials, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair threading, and hair styling to meet client needs.
• Administer advanced treatments such as esthetic laser therapy, botulinum toxin injections, and tattooing with precision and care.
• Manage client appointments efficiently using salon software like Millennium or MINDBODY, ensuring smooth scheduling and guest flow.
• Provide excellent customer service by understanding client goals, offering product demos, and upselling retail products to enhance their experience.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards and adhere to all health regulations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Utilize social media management skills to promote services, engage with clients online, and grow the salon’s digital presence.
• Assist at the front desk with guest services, appointment confirmations, and retail sales to foster a welcoming atmosphere.
• Stay current on industry trends such as makeup application, color theory, nail care, barbering techniques, and med spa innovations to deliver cutting-edge treatments.
• Support team management efforts by collaborating with colleagues on daily operations and contributing to a positive team culture.

Skills
• Proven experience as a licensed esthetician with knowledge of cosmetology practices including skin care treatments and hair removal techniques.
• Strong management skills with familiarity using salon management software like Millennium or MINDBODY for scheduling and client records.
• Expertise in advanced procedures such as dermal fillers, dermabrasion, laser treatments, Botox injections, tattooing, and eyelash extensions.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with diverse clients.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety standards essential for maintaining a hygienic environment.
• Proficiency in social media management for marketing purposes including content creation and engagement strategies.
• Ability to upsell products effectively while providing genuine recommendations tailored to individual client needs.
• Experience in retail sales within a beauty or wellness setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with front desk operations including appointment booking, guest check-in/out processes, and product demos.
• Strong communication skills paired with hospitality experience to ensure guests feel valued from arrival through departure.
