Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and talented Licensed Esthetician to join our dynamic team. Located in downtown Bellevue, Recoop has been a staple there since 2014. Offering all day spa options like nail care, facials, body waxing, body scrubs and massage. In this role, you will deliver exceptional skincare and beauty services that enhance our clients' confidence and well-being. Your expertise will help create a welcoming environment where clients feel pampered, informed, and inspired. Responsibilities
• Perform a wide range of esthetic treatments including facials, body waxing, lash lifts/tints, lash extensions, and dermaplaning with precision and care.
• Manage retail sales by recommending products suited to individual skin types and concerns; conduct product demos to educate clients on benefits.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards and ensure all equipment is properly sterilized according to health regulations.
• Utilize salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY for appointment scheduling, client records, and point-of-sale transactions.
• Manage social media accounts by creating engaging content to promote services and special offers while building brand awareness.
• Assist with management duties including staff coordination, inventory control, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

Skills
• Valid Washing Esthetician License
• Excellent communication skills to educate clients effectively about treatments and product options.
• Expertise in social media management for marketing promotions and brand engagement.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Experience in retail sales with upselling abilities that enhance client satisfaction while increasing revenue.
