Licensed Esthetician

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and personable Esthetician to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional skincare and beauty services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping clients look and feel their best, with expertise in a variety of esthetic treatments. The Esthetician will deliver personalized treatments, including deep cleaning facial, microdermabrasion, micro-needling, chemical peel and more, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction through excellent customer service and sanitation practices.

Responsibilities
• Perform a wide range of esthetic services including facials, dermabrasion, micro-needling, chemical peel, light therapy and more.
• Manage client appointments efficiently using salon software .
• Provide expert product demos and upselling to enhance client experience and retail sales.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and safety in accordance with industry regulations.
• Deliver exceptional guest services by understanding client needs and recommending suitable treatments or products.
• Manage front desk duties including scheduling appointments and handling guest inquiries with professionalism.
• Utilize social media management skills to promote services and engage with clients online.
• Assist with retail sales by educating clients on product lines and current trends in skincare and beauty.
• Stay current with industry trends such as color theory, hair styling techniques, tattooing procedures (if applicable), and med spa innovations.
• Support the team with management tasks when needed to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications
• Valid Cosmetology or Esthetician license required.
• Experience with esthetic laser treatments, facials, dermabrasion, chemical peel, micro-needling, and other advanced skincare procedures preferred.
• Familiarity with salon management software.
• Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities to build lasting client relationships.
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols in a spa or salon setting.
• Experience in retail sales and upselling techniques to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Ability to manage social media platforms for marketing purposes effectively.
• Previous experience in med spa environments or hospitality settings is a plus.
• Skills in management tasks such as appointment scheduling, guest services coordination, product demos, and social media management are advantageous.
