Licensed Esthetician – Waxing / Sugaring / Threading / Facials(Competitive Pay)

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and professional Licensed Esthetician specializing in waxing and sugaring treatments to join our beauty team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional skincare services, including body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermal fillers, and other esthetic treatments, while providing outstanding customer service in a welcoming environment. This role offers an opportunity to work with a diverse range of skincare and cosmetic procedures, utilizing advanced techniques such as laser treatments, dermabrasion, and botulinum toxin applications. The successful candidate will be passionate about helping clients look and feel their best and possess a strong understanding of sanitation standards and retail sales.

Duties
• Perform body waxing and sugaring services with precision and care, ensuring client comfort and safety
• Provide additional esthetic treatments such as eyelash extensions, dermal fillers, dermabrasion, makeup application, and botulinum toxin treatments
• Conduct skin analysis to recommend suitable treatments and skincare products
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene according to industry regulations
• Utilize salon software such as MINDBODY for appointment scheduling, client records, and retail sales tracking
• Engage with clients to enhance their experience through excellent customer service and personalized consultations
• Promote retail products effectively to meet clients' skincare needs
• Keep treatment rooms clean, organized, and fully stocked with supplies
• Stay current on industry trends, new techniques, and product knowledge to provide innovative services

Qualifications
• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician with certification in body waxing or sugaring
• Experience with retail sales and promoting skincare products is preferred
• Knowledge of esthetic laser treatments, dermal fillers, dermabrasion, eyelash extensions, Botox, and other advanced esthetic procedures is a plus
• Familiarity with salon management software such as MINDBODY or similar platforms
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
• Excellent sanitation practices adhering to health regulations
• Additional skills in hair threading, makeup application, barbering, nail care, or cosmetology are advantageous
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism
