Licensed Esthetician – Med Spa

Pay: Hourly (based on experience)

We are a brand-new dental + med spa practice and we’re looking for a talented, licensed Esthetician to join our team from the ground up. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about skincare, enjoys building client relationships, and wants to be part of an exciting startup environment where your skills and input can make a big impact.

What You’ll Do
• Provide professional skincare services such as customized facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and other approved treatments
• Educate clients on skincare routines, products, and post-treatment care
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment space
• Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure each client feels valued
• Assist in promoting services and building long-term client relationships
• Collaborate with the dental and med spa team to create a seamless patient experience

What We’re Looking For
• Current state license as an esthetician
• Prior spa or med spa experience preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional, polished, and client-focused demeanor
• Team player who is reliable, flexible, and excited to grow with a new practice
