Position Overview
We are seeking a licensed Master Esthetician who is passionate about results-driven skincare while honoring a holistic approach to wellness. This is a contractor position ideal for someone who values autonomy, collaboration, and growing alongside a purpose-driven wellness studio.
The ideal candidate combines clinical skill with warmth, professionalism, and a strong commitment to client education and long-term skin and wellness health.
• Saturday availability required.
Responsibilities
• Assess client needs and develop a treatment plan to achieve their goals
• Maintain strong knowledge of all services and products, educate clients, and conduct thorough skin consultations to create customized treatment plans
• Perform advanced esthetic treatments including: customized facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, microneedling, LED therapy, Hydrafacial (if certified), and cryotherapy
• Educate clients on home care and preventative skin health and engage in retail sales by recommending products that complement the service provided
• Maintain accurate and detailed client records
• Uphold sanitation, safety, and WA State compliance standards
• Support a collaborative and uplifting team culture
• Assist with maintaining treatment room cleanliness and organization of work areas
• Participate in occasional promotional events or wellness workshops
• Assist with front desk operations as needed
• Stay updated on industry trends and continuously enhance skills through professional development
Requirements
• Current Washington State Master Esthetician License
• Hands-on experience with aesthetic skin care treatments
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
• Passion for holistic wellness and integrative approaches
• Professional, reliable, and client-focused
• Team player who is eager to collaborate while also self-motivated
• Proactive attitude towards learning new techniques and trends in skincare
• Open to growing with the brand long-term

Preferred (but not required):
• Experience in med spa or integrative wellness setting
