Licensed Stylist for Kids' Salon (Saturday Availability)

We're looking for an additional team member who can help us serve our community on Fridays and Saturdays, and potentially more. Ideally you would be great with both girls and boys cuts, and efficiency is key. Kids cuts are a bit different, but this job is so rewarding when you see the excitement your tiny clients bring each and every time!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with the team to provide an exceptional quality client experience each and every time
- Provide full salon services, including hair cutting, fades, shampooing, blow-drying, styling and nail painting
- Listen and communicate clearly with clients to ensure their complete satisfaction in the client consultation
- Form bonds with loyal customers, remembering their hairstyle preferences as well as add notes from the cut into system
- Identify any issues in the scalp and educate what retail product would be best to help the issue
- Apply OSHA standards and State Board Regulations across all beauty stations and maintains of salon
- Ensure clients with scheduled appointments receive service in a timely manner
- Operating the Point-of-Sale software system (Salon Ultimate)
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced atmosphere
- Ability AND DESIRE to work with kids

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Current FL Cosmetology license
- Up-to-date with industry trends
- Ability to work Saturdays is required
- Additional availability (especially after school) is a PLUS!
