As we experience a phase of substantial growth, Exhale House is seeking to fill several positions, including Color Specialist & Extension Expert. Our salon is small by design. Fewer chairs, softer voices, real relationships. This isn’t a frantic beauty environment — it’s a boutique space built on integrity, respect, and the kind of service that stays with people.

Responsibilities
• Provide exceptional full salon service to every and all clientele
• Craft dimensional color—think California blondes, lived-in blondes, rich espresso brunettes
• Confidently execute cutting and shaping to complement extension work
• Collaborate with our founder and extension specialist on transformational client plans
• Maintain cleanliness of both your individual station, as well as the salon as a whole
• Keep up to date on all current hair cutting/styling trends
• Lead or assist in consultations, offering expert guidance with vision and versatility
• Maintain a clean, elevated, detail-obsessed workspace
• Support the team with flexibility, professionalism, and care as we grow

Requirements
• California Cosmetology License
• You care just as much about the client experience as the final result
• You’re emotionally intelligent, reliable, and well-spoken
• You’re confident in your craft, but always open to growth
• You’re curious about extensions and open to cross-training

Nice-to-haves
• Five years behind the chair with advanced color education is preferred
