Master Esthetician or Esthetician

Studio Wax Esthetics is looking for a Master Esthetician or Esthetician to add to our close-knit team. We are expanding and looking for just the right person to join the team 4 days/week. (Saturdays are required) We specialize in waxing, particularly Brows and Brazilians, and Advanced Skincare such as Hydrafacials, Skin Pen Microneedling, Dermaplaning and BioRePeel. We also offer Laser Hair Removal.

Studio Wax Esthetics is located in downtown Bellevue in the exciting Main Street neighborhood of Old Bellevue.

We carry a full book of clients and need someone who wants to be quickly booked and retain clientele. We will train you the Studio Wax way, and want someone that is excited to learn. We are looking for someone who wants to hustle, work hard, build clientele and make money!

Master Esthetician Responsibilities:

Perform body waxing, brow services, laser hair removal (master esthetician only), advanced facials, lash lifts

Sell skin care products and brow products

Rebook customers to return for their next visit

Help at the front desk, when necessary

Participate in continuing education programs and staff meetings

Help train new estheticians as they join our staff

Provide skin care consultations for customers with troublesome skin or problem areas

Follow all safety and sanitation protocols and keep working areas clean

Expected to aim and meet Team and Individual Goals:

75% Client Retention

50% Prebooking

20% Retail to Service Sales

$30 Product Sales Per Ticket ($300 product sales per day)

$100 Average Service Ticket ($1000 service sales per day)

Candidates will possess:
Master Esthetician License or Esthetician License
Confidence in all waxing, including Brazilian waxing (female only)
Positive attitude
Punctuality and Timeliness
Initiative and ability to work on own
Willingness to learn Studio Wax techniques and procedures
Strong people skills and customer service
Detail oriented personality

Availability Weekdays and Saturdays (mandatory, do not apply if you cannot work Saturdays)

Compensation will be hourly plus service commission, plus retail commission and tips

Will train on Laser Hair Removal (with appropriate licensing), Hydrafacial, Microneedling, Brow Lamination, Studio Wax Brow Mapping Techniques, Brazilian, etc.
