Duties
Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments including Diamond Glow facials, personalized facials, dermabrasion, and chemical peels. Provide skincare consultations to recommend personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's individual needs. Manage appointment scheduling and client records efficiently using Zenoti software. Educate clients on skincare products and procedures through product demos and upselling techniques. Maintain strict sanitation and safety standards to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients and staff. Assist with retail sales of skincare products, cosmetics, and related merchandise to enhance client satisfaction and business growth. Engage with clients via social media management to promote services, share success stories, and build brand loyalty. Support front desk operations including guest services, appointment confirmations, and managing inquiries professionally. Stay current with industry trends to provide comprehensive aesthetic services.

Skills
Proven experience in medical aesthetics or med spa settings with strong knowledge of chemical peels, custom facials, and Diamond Glow facials. Strong management skills for handling multiple client appointments efficiently while maintaining high-quality service standards. Excellent communication skills for educating clients about treatments and product recommendations effectively. Proficiency with salon management software. Skilled in social media management for marketing purposes; familiarity with platforms like Instagram or Facebook is advantageous. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional appearance. Knowledge of sanitation protocols specific to aesthetic procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations. Ability to perform chemical peels, facials, dermabrasion. Experience in retail sales strategies, including upselling techniques to maximize revenue opportunities. Familiarity with hospitality principles to create a welcoming environment for all guests. Pay: $ $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
