POSITION: Medical Esthetician

Job Summary: The Esthetician is responsible for helping patients establish, refine and stay consistent with a tailored at-home skin care regimen, as well as providing excellent aesthetic services including various skincare treatments such as Facials, HydraFacials, Micro-needling, RF Microneedling, Microdermabrasion, Dermaplaning, Chemical peels, Laser hair removal, Laser resurfacing and other aesthetic services. The Esthetician should also understand injectables and refer patients to in-house injectors as appropriate.

Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm FRIDAY ONLY with the potential to add on more days as needed. Some evening hours may be required for events.

Description of Position:

The candidate must be confident, positive, energetic, flexible, motivated and provide excellent patient care.

A strong desire to help patients and promote the health and wellness benefits of dermal treatments and making appropriate product recommendations.

Perform customized skin care treatment sessions including facials, microdermabrasion, peels, laser treatments and additional services as offered.

Knowledge and understanding of all skin care services and product lines offered by the practice.

Have strong retail experience in educating clients on the benefits of proper skin care treatment protocols and the use of appropriate products.

Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance.

Must be willing to expand skin care skills, knowledge, and abilities.

Must be willing to have a strong social media presence in Aesthetics and to conduct outreach to patients and businesses in building / maintaining a strong clientele.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum three years' work experience as a Certified/Licensed Medical Esthetician with up-to-date licensure

Must have been trained by an accredited school or the proper medical staff with recorded data.

Have a strong work ethic and desire to grow and excel.

Maintain a professional manner, show discretion, and respect client confidentiality.

Laser experience is a must.

Proven record of selling retail products.

Pay: $ $25.00 per hour
