The Provider We’re Looking For

We are seeking a Medical / Master Aesthetician who is clinically skilled, emotionally grounded, and aligned with a preservation-over-correction philosophy.

This role is ideal for a provider who:

Position Overview

As an Aesthetician at Wellness Wing, you will deliver advanced skincare treatments with intention and clinical purpose. You’ll work with clients who are committed to consistent care and value informed, realistic guidance. This is a collaborative environment where providers are supported, coached, and encouraged to slow down, refine technique, and elevate client trust.

Schedule Availability

-Tuesday's 2pm-7:30pm

-Wednesday's 9am-2:30pm

-Thursday's 2pm-7:30pm

Business hours: 9am–7:30pm

Compensation

-Commission + tips

-Estimated range: $30–$40/hour, based on experience and skill level

-Transparent pay structure designed for sustainability and growth

Responsibilities

-Perform advanced skincare treatments such as facials, chemical peels, microneedling, dermaplaning, and supportive aesthetic services

-Develop personalized, preventative treatment plans aligned with long-term skin health

-Educate clients with clarity and calm—without overwhelm or pressure

-Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment environment

-Support retail recommendations as part of guided, trust-based care

-Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless client flow and experience

-Participate in select Wellness Wing events or community outreach when aligned

Qualifications

-Current Colorado Aesthetician License (Medical/Master level)

-1+ years experience in a spa or med spa setting preferred

-Strong foundation in advanced skincare treatments

-Clear, professional communication style

-Reliable, grounded, and coachable

-Willingness to engage in continued education and team development

-Comfortable working within a refined, wellness-forward med spa environment
