Nail Artist / Technician

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Nail Technician to deliver high-quality manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements in a clean, welcoming, and client-focused environment. This role is ideal for a professional who values precision, hygiene, creativity, and exceptional customer care. You will provide personalized nail services while helping each client feel confident, polished, and well cared for.

Responsibilities
• Perform professional manicures and pedicures, including cuticle care, shaping, massage, and polish
• Provide gel, structured gel, acrylic, and nail art services based on client preferences
• Create clean, balanced, and aesthetically pleasing nail designs using strong technical and artistic skills
• Maintain strict sanitation, sterilization, and hygiene standards in compliance with health regulations
• Conduct client consultations to understand needs and recommend appropriate nail treatments
• Assist clients with selecting colors, finishes, and styles that complement their personal style
• Recommend add-on services and retail products when appropriate
• Support a positive, professional, and team-oriented salon environment

Requirements
• Professional experience performing manicures and pedicures
• Strong knowledge of sanitation and hygiene practices
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid nail technician or cosmetology license

Preferred Qualifications
• 3+ years of professional nail experience
• Experience with Russian manicures and pedicures
• Advanced gel systems, structured gel, and detailed cuticle work
• Nail art skills and a strong attention to detail
• Experience with retail sales or service upselling
