Introduction

We are seeking a skilled and professional Nail Technician to join our Sorbet Salon team. The ideal candidate is trend-aware, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional nail and beauty services while upholding the Sorbet brand standards and client experience.

Perform professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel applications, acrylics, overlays, tips, and nail art where applicable
Ensure all treatments are carried out according to Sorbet protocols and hygiene standards
Provide expert advice to clients on nail care, treatments, and home-care products
Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations and tools at all times
Stay up to date with current nail trends, techniques, and product knowledge
Promote and upsell Sorbet products and services professionally
Work collaboratively with the salon team to achieve store targets and service excellence
Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times

Minimum Requirements

Qualified Nail Technician (recognized nail qualification/certificate)
Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a professional salon environment (preferred)
Strong knowledge of nail treatments, products, and industry trends
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Client-focused with a passion for beauty and service excellence
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
Professional appearance and conduct in line with Sorbet brand standards.
