Responsibilities



Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity
Provide expert advice on nail care routines, color choices, and trending styles to enhance client satisfaction
Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning tools and workstations to ensure client safety and hygiene compliance
Offer additional beauty services such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair styling, hair extensions, and hair threading when qualified
Engage with clients through excellent communication skills to understand their preferences and upsell retail products or additional services effectively
Stay updated on the latest nail trends, techniques, and esthetic laser treatments to deliver innovative solutions
Manage retail sales efficiently using retail math skills to meet sales goals while providing personalized recommendations

Requirements



Valid Nails Technician Licensed
Proven experience in nail technician roles with a strong portfolio of nail art and design work
Knowledge of color theory to create harmonious and eye-catching designs
Familiarity with sanitation protocols and maintaining a clean work environment at all times
Skills in additional beauty treatments such as eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, body waxing, hair styling, hair extensions, barbering or laser treatments are a plus
Excellent communication skills to connect with clients and understand their needs effectively
Ability to upsell products and services confidently while ensuring customer satisfaction
Strong retail sales skills combined with retail math proficiency to maximize revenue opportunities
