About the Role

Calea Beauty is a full-service salon seeking a skilled, licensed Nail Technician/Manicurist to join our growing team in Fresno, CA (93722). This is a W-2 employee position (not chair rental). We provide all professional products, tools, and supplies—so you can focus on delivering beautiful results and an exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities
• Perform high-quality manicures and pedicures
• Provide gel services and essential nail care treatments in line with salon standards
• Maintain strict cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations per California State Board regulations
• Conduct client consultations to assess needs and recommend appropriate services
• Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term client relationships
• Stay current on nail trends, techniques, and industry best practices
• Collaborate with the Calea Beauty team to maintain a positive, welcoming salon culture

Qualifications
• Active California Cosmetology License (required)
• Minimum 3 years of professional nail technician/manicurist experience
• Strong knowledge of nail care, hygiene, and sanitation standards
• Professional, reliable, and punctual
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Flexible availability, including weekends

Preferred Skills (Plus, Not Required)
• Builder gel experience
• Overlay techniques
• Hard gel applications
• Russian manicure techniques
• Advanced shaping, cuticle work, and strong attention to detail

Compensation & Benefits
• $20/hour base pay + commission
