Responsibilities
• Provide a wide range of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity
• Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization protocols to ensure client safety and uphold health standards
• Offer personalized consultations to recommend suitable nail care treatments and styles based on individual preferences
• Stay updated on the latest trends in nail design, color theory, and techniques to enhance service quality
• Assist clients with skin care treatments like dermabrasion or esthetic laser treatments when applicable
• Promote retail sales of nail care products, skincare items, and beauty accessories through effective upselling strategies
• Build strong relationships with clients by delivering excellent customer service and fostering a positive salon experience

Requirements
• Valid cosmetology license or certification in nail technology from an accredited program
• Proven experience in performing professional nail care services with a portfolio of work preferred
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and proper sterilization procedures to prevent infections
• Strong communication skills to understand client needs and provide clear recommendations
• Familiarity with color theory to assist clients in selecting complementary shades and designs
• Basic retail math skills for upselling products effectively and increasing sales revenue

Pay: $20.00 - $45.00 per hour
