Responsibilities
• Provide professional nail care services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity.
• Apply color theory principles to recommend and create custom nail designs that match clients' preferences and trends.
• Maintain the highest standards of sanitation and hygiene in all procedures to ensure client safety and comply with health regulations.
• Offer additional beauty treatments such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, or dermabrasion to enhance client satisfaction.
• Educate clients on proper nail care routines and product recommendations, upselling retail products effectively.
• Manage retail sales by promoting nail care products, tools, and accessories aligned with client needs.
• Keep detailed records of services provided and client preferences for personalized future visits.

Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role within the beauty industry.
• Knowledge of cosmetology practices including nail care, hair styling, hair extensions, hair threading, esthetic laser treatments, and barbering is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of color theory and design principles for creating eye-catching nail art.
• Excellent communication skills to engage clients warmly and professionally.
• Commitment to sanitation standards and safety protocols at all times.
• Ability to perform multiple beauty treatments such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, dermabrasion, or skin treatments is a plus.
• Retail math skills for upselling products confidently while maintaining excellent customer service.
