Responsibilities
• Perform a variety of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, Gel X, Builder Gel and nail art with precision and artistry
• Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization protocols to ensure client safety and hygiene standards are upheld
• Consult with clients to understand their preferences, recommend suitable nail treatments, and provide personalized care
• Stay current with the latest trends in nail design, color theory, and industry techniques to offer innovative services
• Upsell additional services like hand or foot massages, paraffin treatments, or retail nail products to enhance client experience and satisfaction
• Manage retail sales of nail care products and accessories to support client needs and boost revenue
• Assist with maintaining a clean, organized workspace that adheres to health regulations and salon standards

Skills
• Strong knowledge of color theory for creating eye-catching nail designs and art
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients
• Proficiency in sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for both clients and staff
• Formal training in cosmetology or esthetician licensing with specialization in nail care techniques
• Experience with advanced treatments such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair extensions, hair styling, dermabrasion, or laser treatments is a plus
• Ability to perform hair threading and barbering services enhances versatility within the salon setting
• Retail math skills for accurately handling transactions and upselling products effectively
• Strong communication skills to clearly explain procedures and recommend appropriate treatments
