Nail Technician (Russian Manicure Only)

Job Title: Nail Technician (Independent Contractor – 1099)
Location: Denver, CO
Employment Type: Commission-Based, Part-Time/Full-Time (up to 5 days/week, including some weekends)

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in a Ukrainian style of nail care and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality nail services while ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for clients. Your expertise in Ukrainian nail techniques, along with your ability to engage with customers, will contribute to a positive salon experience.

Responsibilities
• Perform a variety of nail services including Ukrainian manicures, pedicures, hard gel nail extensions, and nail art/designs
• Sanitize tools and workstations according to industry standards to ensure client safety.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and offering personalized recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon environment.
• Collaborate with other team members to create a positive atmosphere for both staff and clients.

Requirements
• Valid nail technician license as required by state regulations.
• Strong knowledge of Ukranian nail care techniques.
• Experience in customer service
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high hygiene standards.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Willingness to work up to 5 days per week, including some weekends
