Position Summary

We are seeking a licensed Nail Technician who is passionate about nail care, hygiene, and delivering a luxury client experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and takes pride in their work while maintaining a positive, team-focused attitude.

Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality nail services, including:
• Manicures and pedicures
• Gel, dip, acrylic, and builder gel services
• Nail art (basic to advanced, depending on skill level)
• Perform thorough consultations to understand client preferences and needs
• Maintain strict sanitation and disinfection standards in compliance with TDLR regulations
• Ensure workstations, tools, and products are clean, organized, and properly sanitized
• Recommend appropriate services and retail products to clients when applicable
• Deliver consistent, professional customer service and ensure client satisfaction
• Arrive on time, follow scheduled shifts, and maintain professional appearance
• Support team members and contribute to a positive workplace culture

Qualifications
• Valid Texas Nail Technician License (required)
• Previous salon experience preferred (new graduates welcome to apply)
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work weekends and peak business hours
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
