Nail Technician

The Nail Suites is seeking skilled, reliable Nail Artists to join our high-volume, professional team. We operate an efficient, tech-forward salon with 90% of appointments booked online, ensuring a consistent flow of loyal clients and predictable earnings.

Compensation & Benefits
• Base Pay: $170/day
• Total Target Earnings: * $260–$310/day (inclusive of tips) for technicians proficient in Gel-X.
• $240–$300/day (inclusive of tips) for technicians without Gel-X experience.
• Employment Type: W-2 position (automated payroll and tax withholding).

Schedule & Environment
• Hours: 10:00 am – 7:00 pm.
• Workflow: 5-minute break buffers between clients to ensure a calm pace.
• Breaks: Protected 30-minute lunch break.
• Atmosphere: Professional, clean, and client-focused.

Requirements
• Licensure: Valid California Manicurist/Cosmetology license.
• Technical Skill: Experience in gel services; Gel-X proficiency is a significant advantage.
• Professionalism: Punctuality and strong interpersonal skills are non-negotiable.
• Standards: Ability to maintain a sanitary, organized, and high-standard workspace.
