Nail Technician

Responsibilities
• Provide professional nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and attention to detail
• Educate clients on nail health, maintenance tips, and aftercare to promote long-lasting results
• Maintain strict sanitation standards by disinfecting tools and workstations after each client to ensure safety and hygiene
• Use your knowledge of color theory to recommend complementary shades and designs that enhance each client’s style
• Upsell additional services like eyelash extensions, body waxing, or esthetic laser treatments to maximize client satisfaction and revenue
• Assist with retail sales of nail products, skincare items, and beauty accessories by applying retail math skills for effective upselling
• Stay current with the latest trends in nail styling, hair extensions, hair threading, and other beauty treatments to provide innovative options for clients

Experience
• Previous experience as a Nail Technician or in a related cosmetology role is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
• Strong communication skills to connect with clients and understand their preferences clearly
• Knowledge of esthetic laser treatments, dermabrasion, and barbering techniques is a plus but not mandatory
• Familiarity with retail sales strategies and upselling techniques to enhance client experience and business growth
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of sanitation and customer service

Pay: $25.37 - $45.00 per hour
