About the Role

Calea Beauty is a full-service salon seeking a skilled, licensed Nail Technician/Manicurist to join our growing team in Fresno, CA (93722). This is a W-2 employee position (not chair rental). We provide all professional products, tools, and supplies—so you can focus on delivering beautiful results and an exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities

Perform high-quality manicures and pedicures

Provide gel services and essential nail care treatments in line with salon standards

Maintain strict cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations per California State Board regulations

Conduct client consultations to assess needs and recommend appropriate services

Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term client relationships

Stay current on nail trends, techniques, and industry best practices

Collaborate with the Calea Beauty team to maintain a positive, welcoming salon culture

Qualifications

Active California Cosmetology License (required)

Minimum 3 years of professional nail technician/manicurist experience

Strong knowledge of nail care, hygiene, and sanitation standards

Professional, reliable, and punctual

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Flexible availability, including weekends

Preferred Skills (Plus, Not Required)

Builder gel experience

Overlay techniques

Hard gel applications

Russian manicure techniques

Advanced shaping, cuticle work, and strong attention to detail

Compensation & Benefits

$20/hour base pay + commission

All nail products, tools, and supplies provided

W-2 employee position (no chair rental fees)
