Responsibilities
• Lease designated salon chairs or treatment rooms to provide services such as manicures, pedicures, facials, massages, or other esthetic treatments.
• Deliver exceptional patient service by assessing client needs and customizing treatments accordingly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment that complies with health and safety standards.
• Manage appointment scheduling efficiently to maximize client satisfaction and business growth.
• Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge to offer innovative services.
• Uphold professional standards by adhering to licensing regulations, when applicable, and occupational health guidelines.
• Promote your services through effective communication and customer service skills to build a loyal client base.

Skills
• Proven experience in client or patient assessment and delivering personalized treatments in a spa or med spa setting.
• Deep knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to skin care, massage therapy, or nail services.
• Expertise in deep tissue massage techniques and trigger point therapy for effective pain management.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive experience for every client.
• Familiarity with occupational health practices to ensure safe service delivery.
• Prior med spa experience is highly desirable for providing advanced treatments with confidence.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and a proactive approach to client care.
