What You’ll Do
• Lead & Inspire: Oversee daily salon operations while motivating and supporting your team.
• Work Behind the Chair: Work alongside your team behind the chair, delivering great haircuts and leading by example.
• Coach & Develop: Train, mentor, and grow stylists to help them reach their full potential.
• Scheduling & Staffing: Create efficient schedules that balance customer demand and team needs.
• Inventory Management: Ensure product levels are maintained and operations run smoothly.
• Maintain Standards: Uphold Great Clips standards for cleanliness, safety, and exceptional service.

What You’ll Bring
• A valid NH Cosmetology or Master Barber License (required)
• Proven leadership and strong communication skills
• A positive attitude with a passion for developing people and teams
