What You’ll Do



Lead day-to-day salon operations to ensure service excellence, cleanliness, and productivity
Manage and mentor a team of stylists, providing regular feedback, coaching, and support
Perform expert haircuts, color, and styling services to maintain a strong client presence
Set the tone for team culture by modeling professionalism, positivity, and accountability
Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new stylists in partnership with senior leadership
Monitor salon performance metrics and help drive service, retail, and rebooking goals
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing standards
Serve as the point of contact for client concerns and team escalations
Help implement company initiatives including promotions, marketing efforts, and operational changes

What We’re Looking For



Valid Illinois cosmetology license
Proven experience as a stylist with a strong client following
Prior leadership experience in a salon setting strongly preferred
Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
Retail-savvy with the ability to drive upsell and product performance
Highly organized and self-motivated, with attention to detail
Committed to team development, growth, and accountability
