• Valid cosmetology or barber license and manager license as required by state/provincial regulations.
• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends.

Physical Requirements:
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Frequent lifting of items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
• Continuous use of hands and arms in repetitive motions.
• Capability to reach, including above shoulder level, during service delivery.
• Comfort with chemicals and fragrances commonly used in hair care services.
• Strong vision capabilities, including close and color vision for accurate assessments of services.
• Excellent communication skills to address guest inquiries and explain services effectively.
• Occasional travel for meetings, potentially requiring overnight stays.
