Spark Laser Center & Medical Spa is an exclusive, private boutique spa known for delivering five-star, concierge-level skin and laser care experiences. We are seeking an exceptional Senior Esthetician with refined technique, healing hands and a passion for luxury service to join our elite team.

This role is ideal for an esthetician who understands that touch, intention, and precision are just as important as technology.

About the Role:

You will deliver elevated, results-driven treatments with a strong emphasis on facial massage, lymphatic drainage (face & body), scalp and head massage, and holistic skin wellness. Every client experience should feel curated, unhurried, and deeply restorative.

This is not a high-volume spa. We value quality over quantity.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform customized luxury facials incorporating advanced facial massage, manual lymphatic drainage (face & body), and scalp/head massage
• Capture before-and-after photographs at every client visit to accurately document treatment progress and results
• Complete detailed, professional treatment notes after each service to ensure continuity of care and clinical excellence
• Maintain impeccable cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of all treatment rooms, tools, and equipment
• Ensure all equipment is properly cleaned, sanitized, and well-maintained according to spa, medical and safety standards
• Provide thorough skin analysis and personalized treatment planning
• Educate clients on skin health, home care and long-term results
• Deliver a calm, refined, five-star client experience with exceptional attention to detail

What We’re Looking For:
• Licensed Esthetician (NY State required)
• 3+ years experience in luxury spa, hotel spa, or boutique medical spa
• Advanced facial massage & lymphatic drainage expertise (face & body)
• Confident, warm, polished bedside manner
• Deep understanding of skin health, anatomy, and circulation
• Passion for holistic beauty, wellness, and touch therapy
• Professional, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Ability to build long-term client relationships

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
