About the Role:
We are looking for a talented Skincare Specialist to join our luxury spa team. You will provide customized facial treatments, educate clients on proper skincare, and help them achieve their skin health goals in a safe and relaxing environment.

Compensation: $19/hour + tips + retail commissions

Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver professional facials, peels, and advanced skin treatments
• Conduct thorough skin assessments and create personalized treatment plans
• Recommend appropriate skincare products and educate clients on usage
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and calm treatment space
• Assist with retail product sales and spa membership promotions

Qualifications:
• Licensed Esthetician (required)
• Experience with facial and skin rejuvenation treatments
• Knowledgeable in skin care and cosmetic products
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Dependable, professional, and client-focused
