VINAROSA Resort and Spa is an intimate, 78-room luxury escape tucked into 92 acres of Sonoma County vineyards. Our resort blends world-class hospitality, elevated dining, and restorative experiences inspired by wine country living.

The Spa at VINAROSA is a 5,000 sq. ft. haven offering expert massage therapy, advanced skincare, a Caldarium (indoor warm pool), eucalyptus steam saunas, outdoor pool, hot tub, and a tranquil spa garden.

POSITION OVERVIEW

We're seeking a talented, detail-loving Esthetician to join our growing spa team. This role brings radiant, results-driven skincare to our guests while delivering warm hospitality and maintaining VINAROSA's high standards of luxury and professionalism.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform facials, advanced skincare treatments, waxing, and related esthetic services
• Provide thorough skin analysis and personalized home-care recommendations
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment rooms and equipment
• Uphold VINAROSA service standards, ensuring a luxurious guest experience
• Support retail sales through product knowledge and thoughtful recommendations
• Maintain accurate treatment notes and follow all spa protocols
• Collaborate with spa leadership and team members to ensure seamless operations

QUALIFICATIONS
• Valid Esthetician license (California)
• Experience in spa, resort, or luxury skincare preferred
• Strong knowledge of skincare ingredients, techniques, and best practices
• Exceptional guest-service skills with a warm and professional approach
• Ability to stay organized and calm in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with Eminence Organics is a plus

COMPENSATION
• $18.00/hour
• 10% retail commission
