Stylist and Manicurist

Overview
We are seeking a talented and professional Stylist and Manicurist to join our beauty team. Duties
• Provide expert hair styling services, including cuts, color application based on color theory, hair extensions, and hair threading
• Perform comprehensive nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, and nail art
• Deliver advanced skincare treatments like dermabrasion, esthetic laser treatments, body waxing, and eyelash extensions
• Conduct scalp treatments and recommend suitable products for clients’ hair and skin needs
• Assist clients with product recommendations and retail sales to enhance their beauty routines
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in all services according to industry regulations
• Upsell additional services and retail products to maximize client satisfaction and revenue
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized consultations
• Stay current on beauty trends, new techniques, and industry best practices

Requirements
• Valid cosmetology license with specialization in hair styling; nail technician certification preferred
• Knowledge of color theory, hair extensions, eyelash extensions, and esthetic laser treatments
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
• Excellent communication skills to explain procedures clearly and confidently
• Proficiency in sanitation standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
• Experience in retail sales, upselling techniques, and retail math to promote products effectively
• Skills in body waxing, dermabrasion, hair threading, barbering (a plus), and other advanced beauty services
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Passion for continuous learning and professional development within the beauty industry
