Subject: Salon Reception (Sat & Sun Only) for Luxury Upper East Side Hair Salon – Must Experience

Please Note: Salon experience and weekend availability (Saturday & Sundays) is a must. We will not accept applicants who cannot work weekends.


We are looking for an experienced front desk/receptionist who is friendly, a multi-tasker, and isn’t afraid to jump right in. We’re looking for someone who has excellent communication & customer service skills.

Responsibilities will include:



Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments
Checking guests in/out by handling cash and credit transactions
Keeping track of stylist and salon totals for the day

Providing assistance to owners (ordering products, running salon errands, etc.)
Basic maintenance of the front of the salon (sweeping, dusting, etc.)
Must have salon software knowledge (DaySmart/Salon Iris/similar are preferred)
